These tests are done before and after Alsoft's DiskWarrior was run on my hard drive. Before optimizing the directory, there was 20% (6654 of 32900) fragmentation of the directories, and after the optimization, there was nearly none (34 or 32910). Tests are in seconds, Shorter times are better.
These tests are not what I expected. The only MAJOR gain was from the Verify in Disk First Aid, mainly because this completely deals with the directories. But, a faster Mac is not the main reason for getting this program. It's a troubleshooting (and trouble-avoiding) tool that works great doing its main purpose.

- G3 233 upgraded to 500 MHz
- 192 MB RAM
- Mac OS 8.6
- OEM 4 GB Hard Drive
- ATI RAGE PRO, MacMagic VooDoo 1
