These tests are done on my G3 with the built-in ATI RagePro graphics card. The OLD drivers are what were installed with the G3. The new drivers came from a combination of ATI Universal installer 3.3 and Myth II. Instructions (and version numbers) on how to install these are at Versiontracker: ATI universal installer 3.3.
These test were done with the monitor set to thousands of colors, and the resolution at 832x624 @ 75Mhz. Test numbers are from Norton Utilities 4.0.3 System Info Video test suite. Larger numbers are better.
This is a significant increase for NUM's tests. It boosted my video to 10 points over the iMac's. Notice: The iMac's score of 421 is at 256 colors, I got a score of 449 with the new drivers at 256 colors.
