My Vintage Shareware Collection contains what I feel are the best gaming gems of another era. An era before 3D graphics, directional sound, and super smart Artificial Intelligences. This era brought us great game play, the real determinant in game quality. While they are old, they can still be a ton of fun. Note: if you have any old shareware games that would fit in on this page, please send me an email.
The system requirements for every game are very low. Most will work with System 6 through Mac OS 9 (and sometimes in the Classic mode of Mac OS X). RAM requirements range from 64 KB of RAM to 2 MB. Minimal hard drive space is required. Sorry, these games won't work on Intel based Macs.
These files have been confirmed to be Virus Free. To keep your old Mac virus free, install the latest version of Disinfectant.
